Insight into healthcare: ONS Nedap
Insight into data is important in every organization these days, but certainly in healthcare, where money and other resources must be used effectively and efficiently. BI-Xperts is therefore very active at (social) healthcare institutions, helping them to work data-driven.
ThuiszorgInHolland (TIH) is one of the many healthcare institutions where BI-Xperts supports as a data and BI specialist. TIH is a nationally operating home care organization, specialized in providing household support and individual guidance under the Social Support Act. With a team of hundreds of employees, they provide care throughout the Netherlands: insight into data is therefore very important to manage all this properly.
ThuiszorgInHolland gebruikt ONS Nedap als systeem om alle zorggegevens vast te leggen: het registreren en bijhouden van cliënten, het plannen van afspraken en werkzaamheden, het verantwoorden van uren, de (financiële) administratie en het bijhouden van volledige patiënt,- en clientdossiers. BI-Xperts is officieel partner van ONS Nedap en kent de onderliggende database en logica. Dit betekent dat wij snel en makkelijk data kunnen ontsluiten, modelleren en in kunnen zetten voor extra inzichten.
This data is used at TIH, among others, for reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses. For example, organizations can quickly gain insight into the inflow and outflow of clients, the timesheets of employees or teams, the number of IDs or care products per municipality or province, duration of care for clients, FTE of employees and much more. These insights can be used to manage healthcare more effectively and efficiently.
Voor ONS Nedap bestaan al verschillende standaard datamodellen, zoals voor zorg, medewerkers, declaratieregels, documenten, facturatie etc. Hierin zitten alle belangrijke dimensies (invalshoeken) en meetwaarden waarmee de eindgebruiker makkelijk en snel zelf rapporten kan standaardiseren, maar ook ad-hoc kan analyseren bij vragen die naar boven komen tijdens het bekijken van een rapport. Daarnaast hebben wij tal van standaard calculaties en extra logica toegevoegd aan de datamodellen. Deze informatie is niet direct uit ONS Nedap te halen en bieden een absolute meerwaarde en extra inzicht voor uw organisatie.
