Every organization needs planning. When we substantiate a planning with figures, we speak of a budget. Budgets can be created within a budget for, for example, expected revenues and costs. Kyubit BI makes it possible to define your desired planning, budget and budget yourself. For example, you can create budgets at general ledger account, product or customer level. You can then enter these budgets for the desired periods: per year, month, week or day

It is possible that different employees in different roles need to be able to create a budget. For example, our solution allows you to link participants to enter their share of the budget. Then have the budget approved and finalized by the authorized users. It is also possible to create multiple versions (scenarios). For example, make a scenario high, normal and low. This can precede a year, or during the year to adjust.

The budgets can be entered manually, but to make it easier it is also possible to choose the actual data from previous periods as a starting point, or use another budget version as a basis and then adjust it at any level as desired.

The budget data is written to the data warehouse, where the actual data is also stored.
