BI-xperts takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) in a secure manner. In this Privacy Statement we explain to you which data we process and for what purpose. In addition, you can read in this Privacy Statement about your rights with regard to our processing of your personal data. We recommend that you read this Privacy Statement carefully. Who are the BI experts?

BI-xperts is the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data.

How does BI experts use your data?

Below you will find an overview of the purposes for which BI-xperts processes personal data about you. It is indicated which data BI-xperts uses for that specific purpose, what the legal basis is for processing that data and how long the data is kept by BI-xperts. To keep things clear, we have grouped everything by type of data flow.

Purpose :           Application

Details : Name, e-mail address and telephone number.
CV and/or information sent to the applicant during the procedure.

Basis : Performance of the agreement

Retention period : As long as necessary for this purpose up to four weeks after application; unless the applicant has given permission for a maximum of 1 year.

 

Purpose :           Direct marketing

Details : Name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Basis : Legitimate interest

Interest concerned : Commercial interest

Retention period : As long as necessary for this purpose

How do we obtain your personal data?

BI-xperts has information about you because you have provided that information to us.

What are your rights?

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing:

INSIGHT

You can always view your own (personal) data. If you want to see the personal data that has been recorded about you at BI-xperts, you can request access.

MODIFY

If you want to make changes to the personal data you have seen, for example in response to a request for access, you can submit a request to BI-xperts. You can request that BI-xperts changes, corrects, supplements, deletes or shields your data.

RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request BI experts to limit the processing of your personal data.

RIGHT OF OBJECTION

If a certain processing takes place on the basis of the 'legitimate interest' of BI experts or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.

DATA TRANSFER

You have the right to obtain your personal data from BI experts. BI experts will provide this in a structured and common form, which can be easily opened in other common digital systems. In this way you can also place your data with another provider.

REVOKE CONSENT

In all cases where the basis for a certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but it does mean that we are no longer allowed to process that data. It is possible that BI-xperts can no longer provide you with certain services.

RESPONSE BY BI-XPERTS

A request can be sent to avg@BI-xperts.nl. BI-xperts will comply with your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after BI-xperts has received such a request. If BI-xperts rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request was rejected.

Monitor visitor behavior and use of cookies

Servers within BI-xperts and servers hosted by third parties outside the European Economic Area automatically record data about your visit to our site, based on your IP address. This information does not identify you as an individual person, but identifies the computer or other device used by you to access the website. The information we collect is used to determine where in the world the site is visited to ensure ideal coverage, and also to perform click stream analysis, which helps us better understand website usage.
